About thirty regional force soldiers arrived in Goma on Sunday, February 5. The military is deployed as part of a regional force set up by the EAC (East African Community) countries to try to bring peace to eastern DRC, by putting an end to the advance of the M23 rebellion and the 100 armed groups present in Kivu.
